Dr. Maureen Crotty Boylan is a licensed chiropractic physician and has enjoyed being in private practice since 1988. She treats patients with injuries and conditions of the joints and muscles of the spine and extremities (shoulder, arm, wrist, hip, knee, and ankle/foot) including neck and back pain, headaches, sciatica, tendinitis and myofascial (muscle) pain.
Her sensitive approach to pain relief includes consideration of the many factors which contribute to and perpetuate joint and muscle injuries and conditions. Her gentle adjusting techniques, nutritional recommendations, restorative/stabilizing exercises and hands-on attention to detail help her to tailor her treatment to each patient’s individual needs for improved comfort, mobility and ease of activity in daily living. Her goal is to provide the best possible patient care in a calm and healing office environment.
Dr. Boylan is certified in Graston Technique - an instrument-assisted method of soft tissue mobilization. She is also trained in Springforest Qigong (Level IV) and Reconnective Healing (Level III) - forms of energy healing which enrich her patient care.
